PV Home is a home fragrance and lifestyle brand operated by Pawzitive Vibez LLC, based in Dallas, Texas.
References to “PV Home,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pawzitive Vibez LLC.
Use of This Website
You may use pvhome.co only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website in a manner that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, attempts to interfere with the website’s operation or security, or uses our content or intellectual property without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary.
Products
PV Home makes every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately.
Because products are produced in small batches and viewed on different screens, slight variations in fragrance appearance, wax appearance, packaging, color, positioning, or other handmade elements may occur. Such variations are not necessarily defects. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
The Journey Collection First Edition
The inaugural Journey Collection includes EMPIRE, DUNE, HALO, and BISHOP. The first edition is limited to 1,000 hand-numbered units of each fragrance. The designation “first edition” applies specifically to this inaugural numbered production and
does not necessarily mean that a fragrance, concept, or future edition will never be produced again.
Pricing
All prices displayed on pvhome.co are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, or other inaccuracies.
Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, payment issues, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payment
Payment is due at the time an order is placed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers using their security systems and terms.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping, returns, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual Property
The PV Home name, branding, logos, product names, Journey Collection concept, packaging artwork, photographs, written material, website content, graphics, videos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Pawzitive Vibez LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Product Photography and Color
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colors and visual appearance may vary based on lighting, photography, device displays, and manufacturing variations.
Candle Care and Safety
PV Home candles must be used responsibly and in accordance with the care instructions supplied with the product.
- Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch.
- For the first burn, allow sufficient time for the wax to develop an even melt pool when possible. Do not burn a candle for more than approximately four hours at a time.
- Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep burning candles away from children and animals.
- Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.
PV Home and Pawzitive Vibez LLC are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
