What is The Journey Collection?
The Journey Collection is a series of four luxury hand poured candles built from four American cities and the life lived between them. New York. Arizona. California. Texas. Each candle is a chapter of a real story told through scent. Empire is The Beginning. Dune is The Awakening. Halo is The Evolution. Bishop is The Legacy.
What makes PV Home candles different?
Every candle in The Journey Collection was built from a real place and a real memory. Not a mood board. Not a marketing brief. The fragrance notes, the packaging artwork, and the emotional identity of each candle were built to carry the specific feeling of the city it represents. On the craft side every candle is hand poured in small batches in Dallas, Texas using coconut wax, FSC certified wooden wicks, and IFRA compliant fragrance. Our packaging is produced by the same manufacturers trusted by some of the most respected names in luxury fragrance.
Are these candles limited edition?
Yes. Each scent in The Journey Collection is limited to 1,000 hand numbered units from the inaugural run. Once they are gone they are gone. Each candle you receive will carry its unique number on the box.
What are the fragrance notes for each candle?
Empire — Bergamot, Suede, Tonka Bean, Cashmere Musk. Dune — Sea Salt, Freesia, Tonka Bean, Amber. Halo — Bergamot, Sea Salt, Lavender, Sandalwood. Bishop — Tonka Bean, Oak, Vanilla, Oud.
How long do the candles burn?
Each candle has an approximate burn time of 45 to 50 hours.
Are PV Home candles safe around pets?
We take pet safety seriously. As founders who have dedicated our professional lives to animal care we approached our fragrance formulations with our own animals in mind from the very beginning. No candle can be guaranteed 100 percent safe for every pet in every environment. What we can tell you is that every fragrance in The Journey Collection is IFRA compliant, free from known harmful compounds, and sourced with pet wellbeing as a primary consideration. We recommend burning candles in well ventilated spaces, keeping them out of reach of animals, and monitoring your pet for any signs of sensitivity. If your pet has known respiratory sensitivities or conditions we recommend consulting your veterinarian before use. We will never claim more than we can honestly stand behind. That is part of what it means to build a brand around presence and intention.
What is the candle made of?
Coconut wax blend. FSC certified wooden wick with stainless steel clip. White matte glass rocks jar. Hand poured in Dallas, Texas. 227g net wax fill.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to one quarter inch before every burn. On your first light burn for 3 to 4 hours to achieve a full melt pool across the surface. This prevents tunneling on future burns. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable. Always burn on a heat resistant level surface. Discontinue use when half an inch of wax remains. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Where do you ship?
PV Home currently ships throughout the United States from Dallas, Texas. We do not currently ship internationally but are working toward expanding our reach.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the limited edition and hand numbered nature of The Journey Collection all sales are final. If your candle arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with a photo and your order number. We will make it right immediately.
Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?
Yes. PV Home welcomes partnerships with interior designers, luxury boutiques, hotels and hospitality groups, real estate staging professionals, and creative studios.
